Meet Kathe

Kathe is an Associate Broker with Piatt Sotheby’s International Realty. A realtor since 1999, she began her career at Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, where she was named Rookie of the Year her first year in the business. Originally from Connecticut and a graduate of Fairfield University and Duke University School of Law, she moved to Pittsburgh after practicing law with Covington & Burling in Washington D.C.

In real estate throughout Pittsburgh, Kathe applies the same strong work ethic, analytical and negotiating skills, and excellent communication skills on behalf of her clients. She stays ahead of the curve by staying on top of market trends, guiding her clients toward wise choices at every turn in our ever-changing. A natural connector, in addition to attending to every detail of a transaction, Kathe goes above and beyond to help her Buyers find just the right home, and her Sellers to realize the best price and terms in today’s dynamic market.  Kathe’s integrity, discretion and attention to detail have built a substantial client-base largely through referrals.

Kathe lives in the Village of Sewickley with her husband and two dogs – her three adult children have successfully launched from the nest! She is actively involved in her community through numerous volunteer activities.
